개인정보처리방침 Privacy Policy

1. 총칙

Komjirak Studio(이하 “스튜디오”)는 모바일 및 웹 애플리케이션 Colorful Diary(이하 “서비스”)를 제공하면서 이용자의 개인정보를 소중히 다루며, 「개인정보 보호법」을 비롯한 관계 법령을 준수합니다. 본 방침은 스튜디오가 어떤 정보를 수집하고, 어떤 목적으로 이용하며, 얼마 동안 보관하고, 이용자가 이에 대해 어떤 권리를 행사할 수 있는지를 설명합니다.

2. 수집하는 개인정보 항목 및 수집 방법

가. 계정 정보 (회원가입 시)

서비스는 로그인 없이 둘러보기(익명 이용)도 지원하며, 이 경우 이메일·이름 등 계정 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.

나. 이용자가 작성한 콘텐츠

• 일기 본문(메모), 감정 상태, 기록 날짜 및 작성 일시
• 이용자가 직접 선택해 첨부한 사진 및 사진으로 생성된 콜라주 이미지

사진 접근은 이용자가 첨부를 시도할 때 운영체제의 사진 선택 화면을 통해서만 이루어지며, 스튜디오는 이용자가 선택하지 않은 다른 사진에 접근하지 않습니다.

다. 자동으로 생성·수집되는 정보

• 앱 이용 이벤트 및 화면 이동 기록, 앱 버전, 기기 모델·운영체제 버전, 대략적인 국가/지역 정보 (Firebase Analytics)
• 앱 실행 속도, 네트워크 응답 시간 등 성능 지표 (Firebase Performance Monitoring)
• 광고 식별자 및 광고 노출·클릭 정보 (Google AdMob, 모바일 앱에 한함)

스튜디오는 이용자의 정밀한 위치정보, 연락처, 통화 기록, 문자메시지를 수집하지 않습니다.

3. 개인정보의 이용 목적

• 회원 식별 및 인증 — 로그인 유지, 본인 확인, 부정 이용 방지
• 서비스 제공 — 일기 작성·조회·수정·삭제, 사진 저장 및 콜라주 생성, 기기 간 동기화, 내보내기(PDF)·공유 기능 제공
• 알림 제공 — 이용자가 설정한 시간에 기록을 권유하는 로컬 알림 발송(기기 내에서 처리)
• 서비스 개선 — 통계 분석을 통한 기능 개선, 오류 및 성능 문제 진단
• 고객 지원 — 문의 접수 및 처리, 공지사항 전달
• 광고 제공 — 무료 서비스 운영을 위한 광고 노출(모바일 앱)

4. 개인정보의 보유 및 이용 기간

원칙적으로 개인정보는 수집·이용 목적이 달성되면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 구체적인 보유 기간은 다음과 같습니다.

다만 「전자상거래 등에서의 소비자보호에 관한 법률」, 「통신비밀보호법」 등 관계 법령에서 일정 기간 보존을 요구하는 경우에는 해당 기간 동안 보관합니다.

5. 개인정보의 제3자 제공

스튜디오는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 판매하거나 대여하지 않습니다. 다음의 경우에만 예외적으로 제공될 수 있습니다.

• 이용자가 사전에 명시적으로 동의한 경우
• 법령에 근거가 있거나, 수사기관이 적법한 절차에 따라 요구하는 경우

이용자가 일기를 외부(메신저, SNS 등)로 공유하거나 PDF로 내보내는 경우, 해당 공유 행위와 이후의 정보 확산은 이용자의 선택과 책임 하에 이루어집니다.

6. 개인정보 처리의 위탁 및 국외 이전

스튜디오는 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보 처리 업무를 위탁하고 있으며, 관련 데이터는 수탁사의 해외 데이터센터에 저장·처리될 수 있습니다.

각 수탁사의 개인정보 처리 방침은 다음에서 확인할 수 있습니다: Google, Apple, Vercel.

7. Google 사용자 데이터의 이용 (제한적 사용 원칙)

서비스는 Google 계정 로그인 시 email, profile, openid 범위의 기본 프로필 정보만 요청합니다. 스튜디오가 Google 계정을 통해 받은 정보의 이용, 저장, 제3자 제공은 Google API 서비스 사용자 데이터 정책의 제한적 사용(Limited Use) 요건을 준수합니다. 구체적으로,

• 수신한 정보는 이용자에게 서비스를 제공하고 개선하는 목적에 한해 사용합니다.
• 광고 목적으로 판매하거나 광고 네트워크에 이전하지 않습니다.
• 이용자가 명시적으로 동의한 경우, 보안 목적, 법적 의무 이행을 제외하고 사람이 데이터를 열람하지 않습니다.

8. 이용자 및 법정대리인의 권리와 행사 방법

이용자는 언제든지 다음 권리를 행사할 수 있습니다.

• 열람 및 정정 — 앱 내 계정 설정 화면에서 프로필 정보를 확인하고 수정할 수 있습니다.
• 삭제 — 개별 일기와 첨부 사진은 앱 내에서 직접 삭제할 수 있습니다.
• 회원 탈퇴 — 앱 내 계정 설정 → 계정 삭제를 통해 탈퇴할 수 있습니다. 탈퇴 시 계정 정보와 이용자가 작성한 일기·사진은 삭제되며, 삭제된 데이터는 복구할 수 없습니다.
• 처리 정지 및 동의 철회 — 아래 연락처로 요청하시면 관계 법령이 정한 범위에서 지체 없이 처리합니다.

앱 내 기능을 이용하기 어려운 경우 komjirak.studio@gmail.com으로 요청하실 수 있으며, 본인 확인 후 처리해 드립니다.

9. 개인정보의 파기 절차 및 방법

• 파기 절차 — 목적 달성, 회원 탈퇴, 보유 기간 경과 시 지체 없이 파기합니다.
• 파기 방법 — 전자적 파일 형태의 정보는 복구가 불가능한 방법으로 영구 삭제하며, 출력물이 있는 경우 분쇄하거나 소각합니다.

클라우드 백업 시스템의 특성상, 삭제 요청 후에도 최대 30일 이내 백업본에 잔존할 수 있으며 해당 기간이 지나면 자동으로 완전히 삭제됩니다.

10. 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보

서비스는 만 14세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동의 정보가 수집된 사실을 인지하는 경우 즉시 해당 정보를 삭제합니다.

11. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

• 전송 구간 암호화(HTTPS/TLS) 및 저장 데이터의 암호화 적용
• Firebase 보안 규칙을 통해 이용자 본인만 자신의 계정 정보와 일기에 접근하도록 접근 권한 통제
• 비밀번호는 Firebase Authentication이 단방향 암호화하여 보관하며 스튜디오는 원문을 알 수 없음
• 개인정보 취급 인원의 최소화

개인정보 침해로 인한 신고나 상담이 필요한 경우 아래 기관에 문의하실 수 있습니다.

13. 방침의 변경

본 개인정보처리방침의 내용이 추가·삭제·수정되는 경우, 변경 사항의 시행일로부터 최소 7일 전에 서비스 내 공지사항 또는 본 페이지를 통해 안내합니다. 다만 이용자 권리에 중대한 영향을 미치는 변경의 경우 최소 30일 전에 안내합니다.

1. Introduction

Komjirak Studio (“we”, “us”) operates the mobile and web application Colorful Diary (the “Service”). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and the choices you have. We handle personal data in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act of the Republic of Korea and other applicable laws.

2. Information We Collect

a. Account information

The Service also supports anonymous browsing. If you use the Service without signing in, we do not collect your email address or name.

b. Content you create

• Diary text, mood selection, entry date and creation timestamp
• Photos you choose to attach, and collage images generated from them

Photo access happens only through your operating system's photo picker when you attach an image. We do not access photos you have not selected.

c. Information collected automatically

• In-app events and screen views, app version, device model, OS version, approximate country/region (Firebase Analytics)
• App start-up time, network response times and similar performance metrics (Firebase Performance Monitoring)
• Advertising identifier and ad impression/click data (Google AdMob, mobile apps only)

We do not collect precise location, contacts, call logs, or SMS messages.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Authentication — signing you in, verifying your identity, preventing abuse
• Providing the Service — creating, viewing, editing and deleting entries; storing photos and generating collages; syncing across your devices; PDF export and sharing
• Reminders — sending local notifications at the times you configure (processed on your device)
• Improving the Service — aggregate analytics, diagnosing crashes and performance issues
• Support — responding to your inquiries and delivering service notices
• Advertising — showing ads that keep the Service free (mobile apps)

4. Retention

We delete personal data without undue delay once the purpose of collection has been fulfilled.

Where applicable law requires a longer retention period, we retain the data for that period only.

5. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We disclose it only when:

• you have given prior, explicit consent; or
• disclosure is required by law or by a lawful request from a competent authority.

If you share an entry to a messenger or social network, or export it as a PDF, that sharing and any subsequent distribution is under your own control and responsibility.

6. Processors and International Transfers

We rely on the following service providers, and your data may be stored and processed at their data centers outside the Republic of Korea.

7. Use of Google User Data (Limited Use)

When you sign in with Google we request only the basic profile scopes email, profile and openid. Our use, storage and transfer of data received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Specifically:

• We use the data only to provide and improve the Service for you.
• We do not sell it or transfer it to advertising platforms or data brokers.
• No human reads the data except with your explicit consent, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.

8. Your Rights

• Access and correction — review and edit your profile in Account Settings in the app.
• Deletion — delete individual entries and attached photos directly in the app.
• Account deletion — use Account Settings → Delete account. This removes your account information and the entries and photos you created. Deleted data cannot be recovered.
• Restriction and withdrawal of consent — contact us and we will act without undue delay, to the extent permitted by law.

If you cannot use the in-app controls, email komjirak.studio@gmail.com and we will process your request after verifying your identity.

9. How We Delete Data

Electronic records are permanently erased using methods that prevent recovery; any printed material is shredded or incinerated. Because of how cloud backups work, deleted data may persist in backups for up to 30 days, after which it is removed automatically.

10. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 14, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. If we learn that we have collected such data, we delete it immediately.

11. Security

• Data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest.
• Firebase security rules restrict access so that only you can read and write your own account data and entries.
• Passwords are stored as one-way hashes by Firebase Authentication; we cannot read them.
• Access to personal data is limited to the minimum number of people necessary.

If we add to, remove from, or modify this policy, we will announce the change in the Service or on this page at least 7 days before it takes effect — or at least 30 days in advance for changes that materially affect your rights.
